Glad that you posted this! I thought I am the only one noticing it. There are times that I won 100 coins from this extra plays.

Awesome. I've gotten big payouts on the game but I don't think I've gotten them on these "bonus" rounds.

It is very rare. It may only happened once or twice.

Am I the only one not following? What's the lottery game? Is it the red one that only gives me only 1 coin every time?

It's the one which is like a scratch card game. It typically pays one coin per play but can go higher than that.
