    Popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks out there if you're trying to lose weight, what do you mean? Or are yiu talking about popcorn from the store that is already popped? Get a popper so you can make it yourself. Much healthier!

    I was talking about the sweet and salty popcorn in a bag, but your comment has made me think and at least you wouldn't be eating lots of additives if you popped it yourself
