Sleep Hygiene

What do you do to sleep better? I know the main thing to do is to avoid using your phone before going to sleep, at least 1h beforehand, but is there anyone actually able to do that? Because I for sure am not! But I do sleep in a cold room which is something else recommended to sleep better

    I try to put my phone down at least a half an hour before I go to sleep at night. I to keep the room cool but of course I defeat that with adding blankets on top of me.
