I am doing it right now. I was being lazy all morning. I finally walked the dogs at 730 and we only did 2 miles so here I am walking around the house.. 😂😂

Many nights I do that, but today I got well over 10k steps. Helped in the kitchen at my nephew's rehearsal dinner, made many deliveries and cleaned an office.

Yes, if I'm close to 10k. Back and forth, put some music on and dance. if I have jittery leg- lay my phone on it.
