I need help with processing my Amazon gift card, I have contact support and no response. It saids processing for 2 weeks. Can someone help me with this problem.

I wish I could be of help. 2 weeks is a long time. I had one take 7 days. I've heard others have waited as long as 10 days. You're the first I've heard waiting 2 weeks. I'm sorry ....... Fingers crossed you get it soon
