#7 : little tips for coin not processing problems

There are some posts, I noticed that some users are struggling with their coins not processing problem.  For them , they can go to the settings of this app and choose " Contact us " button . Click on it and follow  the instructions.  Hope your problems will be solved by the customer care.

    That's helpful. Also, you can only redeem one giftt card a day, I think. Maybe that is posted somewhere, but I didn't see it the first time I try to redeem two cards in one day. It might even be 48 hours.

    Last I knew it was 24 hours but most of us don't save up enough points to redeem 2x in a day so I don't know anymore
