Cash out of points

A few people are having similar issues

I am having the same issue and I just emailed customer support as well. I waited a day before emailing hoping it would resolve itself but it didn't! Hopefully lots of people will email today so it gets fixed quickly!

Been like this for me for 2 days now! Contacting customer support is a waste of time they don't respond
