Favorite chocolateWhat is your favorite chocolate?

 

I love these Hersheys nuggets. I try to eat only one a day as we are trying to lose weight. But, chocolate is something that I cannot miss. 😂

    21.38 - Dark chocolate all the way. And it is more healthy, too. The higher the cacao percentage, the better the chocolate is for you. This is because dark chocolate contains flavanols which are antioxidants linked to a lower risk of heart disease.

    Eating only one of those is real hard I know. I love godiva chocolate in the small container can like box. I think it is hazelnut chocolate.

    21.40 - Chocolate is chocolate. I am a sugar diabetic and have been on a lifestyle change journey to get healthier and lose weight so I have been trying sugar-free chocolates. I really like many of the options out there now! Lily's, Hu, Kroger, 365, Werther's Originals hard candies... All of these brands have sugar-free chocolate options that do not taste sugar-free!

    I love her she's nuggets, but I like it when they have nuts in them more than plain chocolate
