could not redeem rewards

I am trying to redeem my reward , it is frustrating whenever I tried it would appear on my screen that " I have to verify my account when I do it will tell this number is verified . 

    If it's verified why it won't let me redeem my reward.

    That's kind frustrating- I am looking forward to claim my second gift card but na It doesn't allow me.😔

    We're assuming you hit redeem a second time to actually get it to acquire the gift card? I know some people have been having processing, which is that second redeem press, issues. Contact support if it doesnt.
