Did mostly cardio over the weeekend. I logged 4.5miles on inclined treadmill. Definitely was good sweating 😅

4.5 miles is impressive! I could never do that I always get off the treadmill after 1 mile haha. My go to is weight lifting and strength exercises but I know I should do more cardio
