No, they idle. They don't bother answering your ticket. They might be going bankrupt like sweatcoin. Staling until we give up. Complain about them. Maybe miracle they will see.

I'd be wary of cashing out Amazon gift cards anyway. I have a couple of friends whose orders have been processing for two weeks now. Try another option, just to see if it's these particular gift cards that are causing the issue
