For as long as I've used this app for Xbox Gift Cards and such before the gift cards on the US side were depleted, I've noticed that my 400 points shrank drastically to 43, is this like a common occurrence now?

    This just happened to me also. I had over 42,000 and now I have 39,000. Wth!!

    In your case I'm guessing yours expired. They expire after either 6 months or 1 year. Either way that's why none of us users who have had the app for more than a year stockpile points because they do occasionally get randomly detracted or the price of cards goes up
