Did you try closing the app and opening it again? Sometimes that helps.
I walked 12k steps and usually collect when I'm done, it has vanished. Getting suspicious 🤨 I did just cash out again two days ago. I've read before this happened to someone else, guess they were not lying 🤥 coins or not, that won't stop me from continuing walking.
I'm going to assume this is a bug, not going to bother support. Stay on the lookout y'all
