Missing bonus points

7 of my friends joined, I got 100 points from each, they all are using the Cash walk app. Now when I look at the bonus, it says none of my friends started walking yet. My husband is one of those actually walking, he has over 600 points, and still on the bonus shows none of my friends haven't started walking. 

This is very disappointing, my friends our upset I introduced them to this app.

Has anyone else had this issue?
