Yes they do expire but I don't think all at once. I redeem right away when I have enough for a gift card. They can close your account or this app at any moment. Mistake not redeeming your coins. I hope your issue gets resolved.
Is there an expiry of the steps you've made to earn a reward? I had made more than 100k steps but my cash points started all iver again. I have not redeemed any rewards. Can anyone pls tell me how this works? Thank you in advance.
