This is nonsense!!!

I have well over 6,000 points. I try to redeem said points for something that I obviously have enough points for. Then nonsense pops up saying "blah blah blah,you have to have 6,000 points from just walking". 

And it's not just the gift card I'm trying to get,I tried numerous other ones too!

I've been emailing the app customer service once a day for the last 4 days,no response!

Why am I accumulating points if I can't redeem them? 

Why won't customer service respond? Do they want me to uninstall app and review app negatively everywhere?

Anyone,help??!!!!!
