Where are my points

I just had that problem again today 2 1/2 years ago they took my points and said that I was logging in with two different email addresses. Well I got some good news. I’ve been using the same email address after they fix that problem. I look at my points today and it wants me to login. I use my email address I’ve been using for the very beginning and now I have only 100 points. This is ridiculous. It’s almost like they’re upset that I’m not buying any chances to win more stakes and I’m just cashing in my points for just Amazon 5 1015 and $20 cards.
