Still can't verify account. Support gives lame excuse.

So it has been a few days since I started having a redeem problem where it fails to send an account verification sms to my phone. I contacted support and they said the reason why is because the number is a landline. 

That is stupid. Then what am I doing here on a mobile phone app? I have redeemed many times before. Why the problem all of a sudden?
