so like. I haven't had any problems in all the time I've used this app. Like 8 rewards in and never a problem. Went to redeem a while back and it said I can't get the 5$ now until I get the 10$ one, no worries, I saved up, went to redeem for a 10$ one and now it says my account is suspended because of security issues and I need to contact them. I did and it took a long time like the next day to hear back, and I had to send email from a different email, and now haven't heard back yet, and still can't redeem. I'm so sad.
