Over the past 2 years I have earned many gift cards. I just reached the 5000 mark so was going to purchase a card but it's locked?!? What's with that?

    Mine is locked as well for 5,000 but available at 10,000 and 15,000.  Only problem is that whenever I try to redeem I get a notice about a security violation and to contact support.  I’ve contact support 5 times and no one has gotten back to me.
