App freezing when I claim more than 5 points 👎🏻

In the main screen after walking several thousand steps, I tap to claim my points, but after a recent update the app now freezes after claiming 3-5 points and displays tue same stupid ad preventing me from claiming the remaining points until I close the ad, which also prevents me from going to other sections in the app.

    I couldn't get my app to open and had to uninstall it and lost all my coins that I wanted to download $10 rewards. They know how to rip off people by freezing the app. Had to open a new account. Start fresh again.
