Walktask gift card issue

Hey I know a lot of you use walktask too. Has anyone else had an issue of a gift card remaining in review for over a week? I've had it for awhile and never had to wait this long and their customer support hasn't answered my email either.

    My partner hasn’t received a gift card that she redeemed on December 12, 2025. I was able to redeem one on December 27th, 2025 with no problem. I’ve reached out to them to get some more info on why she hadn’t received the payment. Zero responses. Their customer service isn’t the best but they always responded to my account. It’s weird.

      Okay. That's unfortunate. That is weird. I'd never had issues prior and have redeemed plenty of cards from them. But the 3 cards took 3 days to go through (this was after their update where if you have 💯 health it should be instant which was not accurate in my case).
