It will you may need to contact customer support. App is ligit haven't done much of this happen about a year but I'm back doing it started messing with this old little phone I have when you get the gift cards this is what it looks like . I do remember it had done that to me before eventually it went through maybe contact support I remember correctly one home screen that bottom shoe icon is two top left corner three little lines tap it at three tool icon on the right 1/2 inch scroll down to customer support leave a message take it back with you gently by the next day or two

Have you contacted support about this. It was about a year ago when this happened to me and if I remember correctly it has something to do with my Wi-Fi so I went to my neighbors and logged on to her Wi-Fi then logged off then when I came back to my house connecting my Wi-Fi again to my phone then I was able to claim my $5 gift card with no problem. My thought was well that's strange but then I just assumed that had something to do with the Wi-Fi. I'm not sure that's what's happening with you but yeah I definitely should contact support.
