Why are the 5000 coin rewards grayed out? I have 5500 coins but it will not allow me to purchase a 5000 coin prize.

    Because you got to get the 6000 coin first and then you can obtain the gray part out

    If it’s for iPhone then you need to reach 10k coins and redeem the higher reward before unlocking the 5k reward. This was a change they had made late 2025
