It is so very frustrating. If you are going to change how you can spend your points, why wouldn't you let your people know? I cannot redeem any points now- 3000 or 6000. If you have blocked them off- take them out. I am super close to 10000 now, after I redeem, I will not use this platform any longer. It's so sad- I really liked this app.
