"unknown error" message

This started yesterday, whenever I watch an advert ("gift"), instead of granting me some points, I get the message "Oops... an unknown error occurred while submitting your points. Please try again later."

Any ideas? I've tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app. No change.
