When you redeem a card it should show up under “my rewards.” The page should show you the security code and the link to redeem the digital card.

No!! My point keep disappearing I just last another 1500 today!! For no reason and I can never get over 6000 to get a card!!

Yep, that is the scam. If you go to the home page, you will see 3 lines in the upper left corner. Tap on that, then tap on coin history and you will see how much they take away. Every month they take away points. They also lock you out of whatever reward you are close too. So theoretically you never reach a goal. Unless you really walk a lot. But there are limits to how much you get a day. This app is a scam and all it does is collect info to sell to companies about you.

Do you have the lockscreen enabled? Do you redeem when you reach 6,000 points?
I do both and have gotten over a dozen cards in the past couple of years.

They send digital gift cards. I've racked up hundreds of Amazon cards. It takes a bit and it used to give $5 for 2500 coins. But for Amazon they don't expire and they add up

You get gifcards of your phone basically
  • Karen Hoffman
No. The rewards are virtual. But beware. They take away points every month so unless you walk ALOT. You will never make a goal. This app is a rip off. Also when you get close to a goal, they lock you out of the reward

Have you found a better app?

Karen, I don't get points removed and haven't gotten locked out of a reward.
I've gotten over a dozen cards, usually when I reach 6,000 coins.
My experience: this app isn't a rip off.

This just happened to me! Yday I had 2700 points and it showed I could get $5 at 3000. Today I have 3200 points and I went to get the 3000 points $5 reward and it shows locked. WTF????

Yes, you get rewarded. It's digital, you won't get a physical card. Redeeming the code presents no problem. I've redeemed more than a dozen.
Don't know why peeps call it a scam, maybe they haven't figured out how to redeem.
You have to enable the lockscreen to collect the coins you get for walking, I collect over 100 coins daily for walking and another 40-50 for watching ads.
Also, people in the forums usually help if you have an issue.

Do you have to use an ID to redeem the cards?
    • Karen Hoffman
Tee Kay. Here is a screen shot if them removing points. I will try to send you a screen shot of my being locked out of $5 rewards

Not Amymore, it used to be 4000
    points for a 5.00 amazon
card, then it went up to 6000 and now that i’m almost at 6000 im locked out of the 5.00 card. And it’s telling me to get 12000 points for a 10 dollar amazon card. it’s a scam and comments otherwise are bots. you’ll get the first card but the code won’t work. i’m still unable to use the 5.00 card a year later.
anyone know an app that’s not a scam?
    • Karen Hoffman
Same thing is happening to me. Also if you look in your coin history, they take away points monthly as “expired” so you never reach the 12000 points

Karen, I see they removed coins. And I see where it says they will remove coins you don't use in a a year. I get over 100 coins daily and use them when I get 6,000; I haven't had any coins expire.
It looks like you need about 700 more coins to reach 6,000. If you walk 7000 steps and play the scratch-off game (Play - Games - Lottery) daily you should be able to reach get 6,000 coins by the end of the month.
BTW, I also see where you can't get a $5 card by using 3,000 coins. That happened to me for a few months, but I now have the "card for 3,000 coins" choice available. No idea why that happened…
