Redeeming points for giftcards

Is it just me, or is the second time I redeemed my points, the verification for it was out of control, like changing within 15 seconds rather than most verification authenticators that change every minute. I felt like I had lock in and enter the code like it was a reaction speed test...

    I had NO trouble with my 1st redemption & am extremely close to my 2nd. Hopefully I'll not have the same issue & sorry you did.
