Has anyone ever not had the ability to get a giftcard or collect more points because their account was suspended?? I've had this app for a while and all of a sudden my phone says that I have to download the app to collect my points and then when I go to cash out my points it said that my account is suspended??

same here, it was just gone literally, I was able to use my coins for 2 gift cards from Amazon $15 each last year then only this month, I already have 12K plus coins then upon opening the app, I was asked to download the app, again then ALL of my coins were ALL gone. So disappointing, 🥲🥲🥲
