I have over 8000 points and I'm trying to get a five dollar gift card but it will not let me it's saying it's locked and forcing me to get a $10 gift card. I don't see that being fair. I just wanna know why it won't let me get the five dollar reward when I have enough.

    sometimes they are out of stock....it does happen time to time.....but I will say they do restock super fast if they are ever out....but look for the little lock icon next to the GC you are interested in.....

    For your first reward you have to redeem $10 or more, after your first one you can go for the $5 ones. I assume that it's to prevent scammers/people who cheese the system to get a whole bunch very fast.

    It’s not my first I’ve cashed out about seven times give or take at five dollar gift cards before it’s just now not allowing me to access the file it’s for me to get above that
