I feel like this a lot. Super B Complex was helping so much but my neurologist told me to stop taking it because he said my levels were way too high and so I listened and now I am back to having a crappy mind again. I have a hard time focusing and completing anything, including my thoughts. It's like being in a sea of sentence fragments but they're all of your own making and you just want to reach out and grab the fragments and put them together except they're in your head and you can't reach them. I also always have a song or two stuck in my head most of the time. I don't know what it's like to experience quiet. It's loud all the time.
