Yoga Matt and Foam Roller
I really recomment a yoga matt and a foam roller.
This is because you can do stretching very well before or after your workout.
Especially the yoga matt, it is better to get a one made by corc or something quite feeling good when you are sweating. Some rubber ones stick to your body when sweat.
By a foam roller, you may feel some bone cracking sounds if your muscles are out of tension.
