Jumping rope

 

The "skipping" exercise, which burns more fat than jogging, has recently been favored by me that I want to lose weight.

 

The reason is that skipping does not require complicated and expensive equipment, nor does it require going to a gym. I only need an open space and a basic skipping rope that can be bought in a store to start. Exercise to lose fat! Jumping rope, a seemingly simple aerobic exercise, actually has many benefits. It can reduce fat and strengthen cardiopulmonary function.

    I know jumping rope is good for diet. 
    But it is really hard.

    I used to do a lot of rope jumping in addition to walking, but sometimes it could be hard on the knees.
