Home gym equipment

This is my favorite workout to do at home. You just need a mattress and the right pair of shoes. One of the best way to build your strength is using your own body as a weight. With just a mattress and the right motivation, you can increase your fitness. Flexibility is a big plus. I like doing core, legs, cardio and sometimes arms as well. Don't forget about yoga and a classic cooldown.
