Kettlebells forever !!!

I like to train with my kettlebells. I consider this an instrumental part of my training. I use them almost everyday combined with dumbbells.

 

My workout consists of three to five rounds, 30 seconds of work and 25 seconds of rest. When I finish one exercise we move on to the next.

When I finish a round I rest for two to three minutes. Some exercise that I include is the kettlebell row for 30 seconds and rest for 25.

I also use the Russian kettlebell swing and the Bulgarian kettlebell squat.

      Probably for me, the best exercise is the Bulgarian squat, much better with kettlebells than usual dumbbells
