At home what I got it my own thing is exercise bike machine and jump rope and small hand weights but my room door ๐ช I have basketball ๐ dunkto hang up my front door to play always I can do that but never be too old for that my age ๐โบ๏ธ๐ช๐

Trust me ๐๐ฟ I was but iam only 53 years old my age is to be so strong ๐ช and get more exercise I want to buy I never be too old for my age to play basketball ๐ is all my life from high school to gym I remember that now iam do that again !
