At home what I got it my own thing is exercise bike machine and jump rope and small hand weights but my room door 🚪 I have basketball 🏀 dunkto hang up my front door to play always I can do that but never be too old for that my age 😘☺️💪👍

Trust me 🙏🏿 I was but iam only 53 years old my age is to be so strong 💪 and get more exercise I want to buy I never be too old for my age to play basketball 🏀 is all my life from high school to gym I remember that now iam do that again !
