Resistant bands

Keep your upper arms on the floor, and your forearms perpendicular to the floor, holding the band up. Extend both arms straight above you, as if you're pulling the band toward the ceiling. Slowly lower your arms back down. This will work your arms and your shoulders.Resistant bands
