The Vegetable Deluxe is approved by the Vegetarian Society. It contains 363kcal.  And the ingredients were the red pepper and pesto goujons in a white sesame seed-topped bread bun with shredded iceberg lettuce. It's a great option for vegetarian. I often ordered it twice per week in McDonald's restaurant.
