Healthy vegetable lentil soup- low calorie fast food

 

This is my all time favorite  lentil soup that I prefer to have in dinner.

Add olive oil, chopped onions, carrots, squash, green apple, minced garlic, vegetable broth , diced tomatoes,  red lentils, salt,  turmeric and seasoning.

Add fresh chopped cilantro.

If you want, you can mash some soup based on your requirements.

It is super healthy.  Has lot of proteins - 15g in one bowl and only 300 calories.

Trust me it is very heart and flavorful meal.
