Just curious if anyone love eating bananas with black spot?

    When it turns black like that, it has a high sugar content, so it's better to make it into bread or smoothies rather than just eat it. Just remove or add less sugar.

    They are excellent for banana bread.. We would leave our banana until it's black to make that.. more flavor and sweeter bread.
