My ducks started laying eggs about two weeks ago. We're getting one egg a day, but today we got a twin-yolk egg!

    They are a bit bigger. The taste is just a little bit richer and they have a creamier texture. Apparently baking with them can get tricky, so we'll probably stick with store-bought chicken ages for baking for now.
