Summer Korean food (m11)

Summer Korean food (m11)

In Korea, in the summer, we often eat cold cold noodles(naengmyeon) with cold noodles and a plate of boiled pork or meat... It's delicious....

I don't know how to describe this taste.

It’s cool, refreshing and delicious.

What other foods you would recommend for first timer in Korea?

There are a lot of them. If you like meat, try bulgogi, seasoned grilled ribs, galbitang, Korean-style fried chicken, etc.  If you want to try a variety of flavors, there are many traditional Korean restaurants. The plating is pretty and it would be nice to be able to taste a variety of dishes. Are you traveling to Korea?

What seasoning you have put in the noodles?

I cooled the meat broth, seasoned it with salt, sugar and vinegar, and topped it with pickled radish. It becomes more delicious if you add additional vinegar and mustard.
