M12 sea bass tomato soup

Tomatoes, mushrooms and coriander  washed and peeled and chopped.

Seavbass cut 2 fingers wide pieces,  add 1 tbsp cooking wine,  1/4 top salt,  1/2 top black pepper and mix well, then add 2 tbsp corn oil marinade for 20 minutes.

Boil a pot of water and blanch the fish and remove.

In a separate pan, heat oil and pour tomato puree ro stir fry in a medium heat then pour into the pot and stir for 3 minutes.

    Haha, you can replace the sea bass to another sea food or meat or meat-free such as tofu.
