Pot roast for dinner tonight. It's going to perfectly tender. It always is since I started using an Instant Pot 4 years ago. I never intended to get one, but I was walking through the clearance section of Walmart when the garish flower design caught my eye. Apparently, the box was damaged so the store marked the whole thing down to half price. I figured why not give it a try.
