Curious if anyone here grows their own microgreens and sprouts? I'm trying to do it now. My first batch molded on me.

    They are the vegetable seeds that just sprouted and have their first (seed) leave but not their true leaves yet.

    Just find the information and keep trying.

    Try using smaller trays, since it allows better air flow to prevent mold from the dampness.

    I thought I did. I have one of those stacking kits. I started the beans on one, another has radishes which have sprouted, and just waiting for the mixed greens to sprout.
