I went to a Vietnamese restaurant with my friends. We ordered phos and green onion cake. It was pretty good.

I clicked to see what "Green Onions" was, imagining the bulbous onion in green color. LOL. I forgot it means scallions. 
 
I love scallion cakes. But the one in the photo looks very dry.
