Favorite vegetable

What's your favorite veggie?  For me, I love peas and carrots.  In the summer months though, my favorite is fresh green beans from the garden and corn on the cob.

    Did you know that alot of the things we consider "vegetables" are actually fruit! Like peppers, beans, and squash. And corn is seeds! With that, I'd have to say my favorite "true" vegetables are collards or radishes. But my favorite "culinary vegetable" is cucumbers (also actually fruit).

    Wow, I had no idea about the information you shared!ย  I know a tomato is a fruit but that's all.ย  I'll look at vegetables and fruits a whole different way now!ย  I also didn't know that corn is considered a seed!
