I also use EOS in Orlando.. it's a great place
I like EOS in west Phoenix, the front desk staff is very friendly and theres lots of equiptment to use but its very crowded after work. The membership fee is $10 and you can go to other locations and bring a guest for $20. I'll have to look at the other stuff like sauna and massage chairs
