What is your favourite brand of gym shoes? I love a good cross trainer for a variety of workouts. Reebok has some good ones but I also the ASICS brand too.

I go more for walking shoes and love Altra Lone Peaks. They have a wide toe box for my older wide feet. Time to order a new pair.

I’m a big fan of ASICS and Reebok for gym shoes as well! They’re both great choices for a variety of workouts. I also like Nike, as their gym sneakers often have a good balance of comfort and style. I’ve tried Brooks sneakers before too, but they tend to be a little too bulky for my liking. How often do you work out?
