    Hello, I've walked over 14,000 steps since midnight last night 11/22/2023 and I haven't earned any points past 10,000 steps!? Need help fixing the issue as I should have earned more coins for the rest of my steps. Thank you!!

    Apparently if you have an iPhone you can only earn 100 coins but if you have an android you can get 200

    Your steps reset at a specific time each day. You gotta collect the coins on your lock screen before the reset. Mine is midnight

    I achieved my 9000 coins and tried to redeem for an Amazon gift card. When I try to verify my account after the phone call from Cashwalk, it cycles me back through the redemption loop over and over. The phone call verification is new since the last time I redeemed. I am ready to dump the app if I am unable to redeem my coins.

    Same! I’ve been using this app for years and for some reason it won’t let me redeem rewards with the same security reasons message.  I’ve emailed support 3 or 4 times and they’ve never gotten back to me!
